Shaikh Khaled bin Humaid bin Saqar alqasimi was born on 20th April, 1983 in Al-Sharjah, UAE, into a closely interrelated family that consisted of 3 sisters and 2 brothers; he was the third child following two of his sisters. His father studied in the Royal Military Academy of Sandhurstin Britain and died in 2003. However, Khalid inherited from his father his charisma, persistence and generosity.
In 1999, Khalid finished his high school in Al-Maarifa private school and was ready for post-school education; he went to Al-Sharjah police science academy, obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2003, earned his master’s degree in 2017 and currently he is working on his PhD.
